Project of a system to drain and portion the curd into molds. During the studio life we created several mechanical systems for the dairy industry, from the simplest to very complex ones.

We have developed an extensive know-how in designing and drawing machines for the dairy industry, made with proper procedures and materials.

The system is free of hard edges and hollow sections. It is easily washable, disassembled and sanitized. It can also work in very aggressive ambients, in presence of salts, acids, water and cleaning solutions.

Each system is a challenge, bringing several problems to solve which are never the same. We have also created several systems for different industries, such as lifting systems, conveyors and moving systems, packaging systems.
